Our Information Security Policy

We are always aware of the fact that information security is the responsibility of all our employees and that both our company and our stakeholders can see significant losses if the information is lost voluntarily or unintentionally or is used improperly. With this awareness, we protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of our company and stakeholders with a sustainable understanding.

In accordance with this understanding;

  • It sets competencies, roles and responsibilities for the establishment and execution of the Information Security Management System; we periodically review these powers, roles and responsibilities.
  • We identify and classify our information assets, identify the risks that threaten them, develop the necessary methods to manage these risks and apply them effectively.
  • We follow the relevant legislation and developments in the legislation, and take the necessary measures to ensure its implementation and prevent possible violations.
  • With the fact that the most important factor in ensuring information security is human, we organize trainings to increase awareness of our employees and other stakeholders as well as information security, and follow up the results.
  • In the face of any negativity, we prepare and test business continuity plans so that our responsibilities to our business and stakeholders are not interrupted.
  • In order to help our Information Security Management System operate in accordance with the standards, it prepares procedures and instructions, determines the control points; In line with the philosophy of continuous improvement, we regularly measure, inspect and review its effectiveness.
